TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR UAE APPLICANTS
By proceeding with our services, the applicant acknowledges, understands, and agrees to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Accuracy of Information
The applicant confirms that all personal information, documents, records, declarations, and supporting evidence provided to the company are true, accurate, complete, and valid. Any false, misleading, incomplete, or fraudulent information may result in delays, rejection, cancellation of the application, or legal consequences, for which the applicant shall be solely responsible.
2. Payment Obligation After Positive Assessment
If the applicant receives a positive visa eligibility assessment/evaluation from the company’s processing department, the applicant must complete the required payment and documentation formalities within twenty-four (24) hours.
Failure to proceed within the specified timeframe may cause the application to enter a pending or paused status, resulting in processing delays.
Note: Timely payment and submission are essential to ensure uninterrupted processing and to avoid missing document submission timelines, quota availability, or application deadlines.
3. UAE Exit Requirement
For applicants holding any UAE visa category, the applicant agrees to exit the UAE at least five (5) days before the visa expiry date or as advised by the company to avoid any risk of overstay penalties, absconding reports, immigration complications, or future travel restrictions.
The company shall not be held responsible for any penalties, fines, bans, or legal consequences resulting from the applicant’s failure to comply with immigration regulations.
4. Company Responsibility & Refund Policy
In the event that a visa application is rejected solely due to the company’s negligence, including but not limited to incorrect data entry, document upload errors, administrative mistakes, or procedural mishandling by the company, the applicant shall be entitled to a full refund of the service fee paid to the company.
The company reserves the right to investigate and verify the cause of rejection before processing any refund claim.
5. Applicant’s Cooperation
The applicant agrees to provide all requested documents, information, and responses within the timelines communicated by the company. Any delay from the applicant’s side may affect processing timelines, and the company shall not be held responsible for resulting delays or outcomes.
6. Immigration Authority Decisions
Visa approvals, rejections, restrictions, security checks, or additional verification requirements remain the sole discretion of the relevant immigration authorities. The company does not guarantee visa issuance under any circumstances.
7. Restriction, Hold, or Immigration Flag
If the applicant’s documents, passport, travel history, nationality, previous immigration record, security profile, or any other factor results in a restriction, hold, review, blacklist entry, security check, or immigration flag by UAE authorities, the company shall not be held liable for any delay, rejection, or suspension of the application.
8. Visa Application Pausing Due to Restrictions
If an application is placed on hold, paused, or delayed due to UAE immigration restrictions, verification requirements, system holds, or authority reviews, such circumstances shall be considered beyond the company’s control, and the company shall not be responsible for any resulting losses, delays, or inconveniences.
9. Non-Refundable Circumstances
No refund shall be applicable if the visa application is rejected due to:
Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the applicant.
Immigration restrictions or security concerns.
Previous overstay, absconding, deportation, or blacklist records.
Failure to provide required documents on time.Any decision made independently by UAE immigration authorities.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By proceeding with the application process and making payment, the applicant confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the above Terms & Conditions voluntarily and without any coercion.
The applicant further acknowledges that visa approval remains subject to UAE immigration laws, regulations, and authority decisions.
